Overview
The residential municipality of Nichelino is located near the Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi, a monumental building of predominantly rococo style built by the Savoy dynasty at the beginning of the 18th century. Designed by Filippo Juvarra, the residence is full of apartments furnished with frescoes, stuccos and gilded elements.
It was June 22nd of 1694, when Vittorio Amedeo II granted Niccolò Manfredo Occelli the Royal Patent for the establishment of the "Feud of Nichelino"
