The Museum is a place of preservation of remarkable objects accumulated over the five centuries of the Poor Clares' presence. Among the most interesting exhibits are a 16th-century panel with a deposed Christ supported by two angels of Perugian inspiration, a copy by Antonio da Segovia dating from 1492-1496, and a miscellaneous parchment codex from the 15th-16th century containing the rule of the Poor Clares.
