To discover the many stories of agricultural culture of Lomellina, the exhibition path of the Museum of peasant art and tradition, set in an ancient farmhouse in the village of Olevano di Lomellina, is unmissable. The establishment of this museum has made it possible to save a beautiful collection of peasant work tools from rust and dust: wagons, tractors, tools for slaughter and breeding, ploughs and furnishings of various types.
After visiting the museum, the castle of Olevano di Lomellina is worth a break. Unlike the rest of the structure, in medieval style, the southern facade of the castle shows a decidedly refined appearance, which refers to the forms of an eighteenth-century manor house.
