Experience description

Tour Rome's historical sites on foot. Start at Palazzo Colonna, one of the city's oldest private palaces. Walk through cobbled streets to the Trevi Fountain, and toss a coin.

See the ancient columns of the Temple of Hadrian and Caravaggio’s works in San Luigi dei Francesi. Enter the Pantheon, with its open oculus, and learn about its nearly 2,000-year history as a temple and church.

Move to Piazza Navona, which was once a Roman stadium and is now a Baroque square. Visit Largo di Torre Argentina, the site of Julius Caesar’s assassination. End at Piazza Venezia, with its grand white marble Vittoriano.
