Overview
In Naples, Ferragosto (August 15th) celebrations begin at dawn with a concert on the panoramic terrace of Sant’Antonio in Posillipo. It’s a unique opportunity to admire the city in all its breathtaking beauty, with views stretching from Castel dell’Ovo and the Lungomare (Naples waterfront) to Vesuvio and the rows of houses on the hillside overlooking the sea. The sun rises at 5:00 AM, and the beginning of this new day is accompanied by an extraordinary soundtrack. Performing at the event will be the artist Francesca Marini.
To reach the concert venue, two free shuttles are available, departing at 4:00 AM from Piazza Municipio and the Brin Parking Lot.
