Overview
The 66th Monreale International Week of Sacred Music will conclude with a concert of extraordinary intensity, dedicated to the sacred in 20th-century musical repertoire.
The event will take place every evening from October 11 to 19 2025, in the stunning setting of Monreale Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the spiritual heart of the festival.
Renowned conductor Emanuele Andrizzi will lead the Sicilian Symphony Orchestra, joined by Domenico Nordio, one of Italy’s most acclaimed violinists on the international stage.
The evening program will feature three masterpieces from the 20th century, each offering a profound and personal reflection on the relationship between music and spirituality.
