Gourmet cellars in Cogne

Overview

A delicious weekend in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, in Cogne, a tourist resort that has always combined quality hospitality with respect for its natural heritage.

Cantine Gourmet is an itinerant aperitif to discover the best Aosta Valley wine tradition and the genuine flavors of the traditional dishes of Cogne, combined with moments of musical entertainment and folklore.
Friday, June 9, 2023, the food and wine tour sees protagonists, in the tasting points located in Cogne and surroundings, small Aosta Valley wine producers and cooperative wineries that offer Doc labels of the Valle d 'Aosta accompanied by dishes of authentic local tradition, such  as Soça and Favò, without excluding cured meats and sweet delicacies, expertly combined with wines by chef-restorers.

The food and wine tour can be done on foot, admiring the Gran Paradiso massif, or with the sweet mobility train “Wine-express: I drive – you drink”.

On Saturdays and Sundays, it will also be possible to take a break in one of the affiliated restaurants that, for the occasion, will offer gourmet themed menus, with revisits of the dishes of local tradition in combination with the wines protagonists of the event.
