Salvatore Bellanti Farm

Overview

Three hectares cultivated with fruit and vegetables, in the Enna area

The Bellanti family farm is located in the hills of the Sicilian hinterland, in the municipality of Pietraperzia (EN), in an area known for the production of vegetables and fruit. It covers an area of about 3 hectares, cultivated mainly with summer and winter vegetables.

Also green tea, medicinal plants and cardoncelli mushrooms

The location's climate, exposure and soil are perfect for producing top-quality produce; different varieties of tomatoes, courgettes, peppers, broccoli, onions, lettuces, as well as an experimental production of green tea are grown here, depending on the season.

There are numerous citrus plants, apricots, apples, walnuts, cherries and peaches. Seasonal in nature is the production of mushrooms of the Pleurotus eryngii type, more commonly known as Cardoncelli. In addition, several rows of medicinal plants were planted, such as mallow, thyme, horsetail and dandelion.

The family has been running the business for generations with great care, passion and professionalism.
