Overview
A series of small coves nestled among the rocks in the enchanting Plemmirio Marine Protected Area: welcome to Punta Castelluccio. This natural oasis features rocky, unspoilt beaches, clear waters filled with waving prairies of seagrass, populated by endless varieties of fish and large numbers of sea urchins.
Punta Castelluccio is a marvellous natural inlet that, thanks to the work of the local authorities and private individuals, has been regenerated and made accessible to all. The white stone beach is part of a small, enchanting gulf. One part is free to access, while the other contains managed beach facilities.
From the access point to Punta Castelluccio, a rocky path runs along the northern stretch of the Plemmirio Marine Reserve leading to the Faro Capo Murro di Porco lighthouse – an excellent spot for enjoying magical sunrises and sunsets.
