Overview
The Palazzo Filangeri-Cutò, set in a lush garden, is the site of the Parco del Gattopardo. Here one can relive what inspired the author of the famous novel. The museum and park were created as a result of Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa's literary work. Inside, you can admire an authentic copy of his manuscript and typescript, as well as letters, notes, documents and period photographs showing his story. In addition, there is a wax museum in a room of the palace, reenacting a scene from the film 'The Leopard' by Luchino Visconti.
