WHAT WE EAT - Sapori Solari wants to be a showcase for small artisans who produce products of the highest quality. The menu of the restaurant offers 3 different tasting routes, with the aim of offering a suggestive culinary experience through a multitude of cutlery, including the fantastic fish cold cuts of Mazara del Vallo, carpacci and marinated meats of beef, goose, buffalo and pork, cured meats, smoked and cooked as you have never tasted them, and then conclude with cheeses, fresh, semi-aged, herbalised, aged and aged for over 18 months. There are also some excellent homemade cakes and cakes.
