SapEur, the expo dedicated to Made in Italy enogastronomy will run in its tenth edition in Forlì, from January 25th to 28th.
SapEur is the event that lets foodies, gourmands and connoisseurs discover and re-discover new tastes alongside ancient traditions, but it also serves as an enormous shop window for sector employees and operators.
Guests and visitors can delight their palates and senses with a "flavorful voyage" through the tastes, smells and excellent products from regions throughout the Peninsula.
Regional and national firms both contribute to the Fair’s thorough catalogue of products and services connected to the restaurant and hospitality sectors, melding in perfect symphony local and historical artisanry with avant-garde technologies.
The objective of SapEur is that of reuniting and promoting the excellencies of the country’s enogastronomic cultures and industries. Thus, the Fair is further enriched by a well-appointed programme of side events, professional courses, exhibits, and practical demonstrations, so many as to gather together a large number of sector professionals and enthusiasts.
