Meat and Potato Roast

• 80g Butter
• 1/2 White Onion
• 6 thin slices Veal Rump
• 4 Medium Potatoes
• 1 twig Marjoram
• 1 tuft Parsley
• 1 ladle Meat Broth
• Salt


Preparazione Directions

Stew potatoes in boiling water for ten minutes, and in the meantime melt 40 g butter in a saucepan and brown finely-chopped onion over a low flame.

2. After five minutes, add veal slices, letting brown on both sides.

Drain potatoes, then peal and slice thinly. In another pan or casserole dish, brown potatoes with 40 g butter.

Place meat in pan/pot and bath with a few tblspns broth. Cook over high heat for ten mintues.

Add minced marjoram and parsley before serving.
