• 1 Leg of Lamb
• Lard
• Garlic
• Olive Oil
• Salt
• Parsley


Preparazione Directions

Prepare a mixture of mince garlic, lard and parsley.

2. Make small incisions on the leg of lamb, then stuff them with a pinch of salt and of the mixture just prepared.

Cook in a pan or in the oven at 180°C/356°F, being sure to turn the leg now and then so that it doesn't burn. If necessary, add small quantities of water during cook time.
