Cotoletta alla Milanese (Milanese Veal Cutlet)

Ingredients: 

• 4 Veal Cutlets
• 2 Eggs
• Bread Crumbs
• 100g Butter
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Small Clump Parsley
• Salt
• Pepper

 

Preparazione Directions


1.
First, beat the eggs in a bowl, then add pepper

2. Cut the veal cutlets along the side so that they don't turn up during cooking.

3.
Dip cutlets in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.

4. Heat the butter in a pan. Once the butter reaches a dark color, fry cutlets over medium heat, 6-8 minutes on each side. (Turn them only once!)

5. Remove cutlets from pan, salt and serve with a few lemon slices, parsley and a few tblspns of the remaining cooked butter from pan.
