During sultry mid-summer nights, the Province of Viterbo pays homage to its local wine productions, offering tastings, enogastronomic stands, folkloristic events, music and entertainment in ancient borgos and evocative piazzas. 

The initiative The Wine Fests of Tusica (by now in its 11th year) is promoted by Viterbo’s Chamber of Commerce and Viterbo Province, with sponsorship by the Department of Agriculture for the Region of Lazion and the National Association of Wine Cities.  
From July 27th to August 15th, Tuscia turns into a bridge between tastes, art and traditions with one common denominator: wine. 

Kicking off in Civitella d’Agliano (July 27-29) and Gradoli (July 27-29, August 3-5), the festival then moves on to Divino Etrusco di Tarquinia (August 3-5), Montefiascone (July 29- August 15), and the 29th edition of the Hills of the Tiber Wine Fest at Castiglione in Teverina (August 1-5), while the last celebration will be at Vignanello (August 10-15). It is a series of appointments that offer attendees enjoyable evenings in historic medieval town centers, where they can taste delicious products from the land, accompanied with excellent local wines. 
Awaiting both connoisseurs and novices are six tasting events guided by expert sommeliers, in addition to enogastronomic itineraries, conferences dedicated to the production of wine, theatre and musical performances, dinners in the piazzas and taverns, folkloristic exhibits and much more.
