From  the 1st January to the 3rd April 2010 the Castello Visconteo holds an exposition dedicated to the evolution of the landscape idea and to the different views and interpretation of the nature in the Italian painting of the XIX century.
The exhibition show the main works of artists of that time, form Fattori to Pellizza da Volpedo, through Zandomeneghi and Signorini, is conceived according to six thematic areas such as: the landscape in the cities, the feelings and the looks. The landscape as conceived by the Italian painters during the XIX century, is a mirror where our feelings are reflected.
The exhibition is also a big tribute to the Italian beauties.

Timetable: Tuesday/Friday 10am -6 pm - Saturday/Sunday 10am -7 pm

Pavia is 38 km far from Milan.
The nearest airport is Milano-Linate, 58 km far away.
