Up to the 20th March at the Reggia of Caserta you can see the exhibition of the Masters of Terrae Motus. Ernesto Tatafiore.

Tatafiore alla Reggia di Caserta
The exhibition of this master from Naples (Naples, 1943) is included in the expositions of the permanent Neapolitan collection “Terrae Motus”, inspired to the earthquake occurred on the 23rd November 1980.
This artist was used to portray different kind of subjects it shows around one hundred works as paintings and drawings. Among them, subjects like childhood memories, journeys, important hystorical events, heroes, landscapes, but also cars, airplanes and important people of the Futurism, conceived as human cultural acceleration through speed and movement.
In his new work, Tatafiore merges passion for painting and the research in the depth unconscious, conceived as subversive strength able to go beyond formal and conventional barriers by using the “absent view”, that is the spontaneous drawings you may draw while talking on the phone. The exhibition opens with a corridor with a work on the French Revolution on the sides and it spreads in 5 rooms.
