We are in company with Renzo Arbore, in the city once known as the Capitanata, and today know as Foggia. It is a city boasting remote roots (there are archeological finds dating back to Frederick II), but today it actually looks like a city of modern imprint. In addition to the possibility of listening to good music, the regular evening stroll to be taken in the city centre, called “struscio”, represents another way to spend evenings in someone's company; sitting down at the table is another real satisfaction: delicious rural dishes are made with products coming from this land, called the "Italy's Granary".
