The energies of the Etna

In the place where Homer told that Polyphemus used to live, the Etna Riviera spreads out, a coastline that extends inward, toward the volcano, near Acireale. It is an area of several small towns that receive an extraordinary energy from the elements of water (the sea) and fire (the magnificent Mount Etna). These energies are also essential ingredients of the handicrafts and traditions of the place: the ardour and passion of this land can be found in the objects made of molten rock, in the ancient traditional dances and even in the ingredients of the typical recipes.
