But this beautiful building in the heart of Bologna is more than just a fresh food market. Renovations were completed in 2014 to make room for restaurants, stalls and venues that masterfully combine tradition and innovation to satisfy all palates.
The market is open from Monday to Thursday until midnight and on Fridays and Saturdays until 2 am. It is closed on Sundays.
